We were so very pleased with everything at our daughter’s shower. The room looked very elegant with the table clothes and cloth napkins. I love the whole look of the brick walls and crystal chandeliers. I also loved the outdoor balcony. A big thank you to Greg and Lisa for the outstanding jobs they did. They were both very attentive to any of our needs and Greg was especially kind in helping to serve the groom to be.They handled everything with ease and polish, we could not have been more pleased.
Please thank your head chef, Jason, and the rest of the kitchen staff for the buffet. All the selections were just what we wanted for a summer afternoon. The buffet looked as good as it tasted. I also want to thank Emilo. From the moment I arrived, he was very helpful. He carried everything upstairs for me and even showed up when I was packing to leave and helped load the car. He even helped my guests by carrying packages for them. Please give everyone involved a big round of applause. You helped make the first event of our “Wedding Season” go off without a hitch. I look forward to dining at The Department. You are a wonderful addition to downtown Joliet and I wish you many years of success!

Valet available Fri. - Sat. during dinner. Every night after 5 p.m. you can park anywhere in downtown and you DO NOT have to feed meters after 5 p.m. Public parking lot open during the day just steps away on the corner of Scott and Cass Street (public parking enterance on Scott street).
We highly recommend reservations if you are planning on having dinner before a Rialto show.
